みなさんこんにちは、イチコーチです。

今回は監督、コーチでDIYをしたのでその様子をお伝えします。

DIYしたのはハイエースのマットをフローリングに張り替える作業です。

マットだとどうしても砂、人工芝が入り込みなかなか掃除が上手くいかないので、思い切って張り替えました。

完成！👏

多少のズレはあるものの上出来ではないでしょうか？？笑

これで選手の皆んなも綺麗なバスに乗れるね！

最後は掃除、除菌をして今回は終了です。

普段慣れない事をするのも楽しいですね！👍

    I had a quick question that I’d like to ask if you do not mind.
    I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your head before writing.

    I’ve had a difficult time clearing my thoughts
    in getting my ideas out there. I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are
    usually wasted simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or tips?
